Everyday care, connected

Care that takes the time to follow your whole story.

Basalt Thread Clinic brings primary care, prevention and ongoing support into one clear plan — with appointments long enough to actually talk.

01

Time to talk

Visits are planned so questions get answered in the room, not saved for later.

02

One connected record

Every clinician you see works from the same notes, so you never start over.

03

Clear next steps

You leave each visit with a written summary of what happens next and why.

Our approach

Clinicians who work as one team around you

Health rarely fits into a single appointment. Our clinicians share notes, talk to each other and keep one plan moving forward, so the care you receive feels joined up rather than pieced together.

  • Plain-language explanations, never rushed
  • Shared decisions about tests and treatment
  • Referrals explained, with support to follow through

Questions

Before you book

Short answers to what new and returning patients ask most often.

Are you accepting new patients?

Yes. Use the request form below and choose "New patient visit". Your first appointment is a little longer so we can get to know your history.

What should I bring to my first visit?

A list of any medicines you take, notes on past conditions or procedures, and the questions you most want answered. We will email a short checklist when we confirm your time.

Can I be seen soon for a new concern?

We keep time aside for new concerns. Mention it in your request and our team will offer the earliest suitable time. For anything urgent, contact emergency services.

How do follow-up visits work?

If your plan includes a follow-up, we arrange it before you leave or send a reminder when it is due, usually with the same clinician.
